General

This contract incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms and conditions. Noyah reserves the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions and shall be unable to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Noyah harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of these Terms of Use.

Price and Payment Terms 

All products and prices are subject to availability.  Prices are listed in (EGP) and subject to change without notice.

Noyah has a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specifications of products. Products supplied may differ from those on display or advertised. Unless previously agreed upon, the products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance.

Full payment is due prior to shipping. 

Limited Warranty / Liability 

Noyah warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship provided the product was used under normal conditions and was used for the purposes for which it was designed.

In case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing or shipping and reporting same day of delivery or the next day maximum, we will replace the item at no charge. It is required that Noyah receives digital images of manufacturing damages before replacement shipments will be processed.

Noyah will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.

Once you have notified Noyah of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question. Noyah will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods.

Outdoor Furniture, is not meant to be left in Sun and Water, please cover during unused period of time. Warranty is not covered for misuse or leaving items in Sun or in Water

For the kitchenware products, Noyah will provide a 1 month guarantee.
